  Clear instructions. As you click Shrink Font , Word decreases the size of every font in your document. Click Default , and then click Yes. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. You can also adjust the Fit to numbers to print to multiple pages. Any more feedback?

On the Page tab, select the Fit To check box. In the Pages wide by and Tall boxes, enter the number of pages on which you want to print the sheet. On the File menu, click Print. Note: Excel ignores manual page breaks when you use the Fit to option.
